Keyboardist, Composer, Arranger

Keiko was born and raised in Japan. She started learn classical piano from her aunt at 5 years old. After she graduated Kunitachi College of Music, she got interested in jazz, funk, and New Orleans music. In 2006, she moved to New Orleans to study New Orleans music. 

Since then, she has played with many of the New Orleans beloved musicians such as Marva Wright, Benny Turner, Vastai Jackson George Porter, Johnny Vidacovich, Marc Stone and many more. Now She is a keyboard player of Playing for Change band also playing Solo Piano, and playing in New Orleans with many beloved musicians. 

 

キーボーディスト、コンポーザー、アレンジャー

鹿児島に生まれ 5歳からクラシックピアノを習い始める。口たち音楽大学を卒業した後、すぐジャズやファンク、ブルース、ニューオリンズ音楽に興味を持ち始める。そして2006年ニューオリンズへ渡米。 以来 Marva Wright, Benny Turner, Vasti Jackson, George Porter, Johnny Vidacovich, Marc Stone などの素晴らしいニューオリンズのミュージシャンと演奏している。Now She is a keyboard player of Playing for Change band and Charlie Wooton Project.  

現在、様々なニューオリンズのミュージシャンと演奏しつつ、2013年よりPlaying for Change bandのキーボーディストとして世界中をツアーしている。他にも現在  Charlie Wooton Project のキーボーディストとしても活躍中。
